Airlines in trouble for ignoring Court ruling on delay payments

You will recall me extolling the virtues of Ron Huzar, who fought the airlines over their duty to pay compensation for delays, and won.

Well, it turns out that several airlines have decided that the Court of Appeal ruling should just be ignored.

The Civil Aviation Authority is having none of it, however, and has launched “enforcement action” against three airlines: Wizz Air, Jet 2 and Aer Lingus.

Remember, anything over three hours, and you are entitled to monetary compensation, in addition to the food and lodging requirements you should already be familiar with.
